PressAura provides AI-assisted website creation, managed WordPress hosting, and optional ongoing optimization services on a monthly subscription. Plans, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must have the rights to any content you upload or instruct the platform to use.
You retain ownership of your website content and your domain. Your site is built on WordPress and may be exported if you cancel. You grant us the limited license necessary to host, display, and operate your site as part of the service.
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founders pricing terms, where applicable, remain in effect while your subscription is continuously active.
You may not use the service for unlawful content or activity, to infringe others' rights, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We work to keep the service available and improving, and we rely on third-party infrastructure providers to deliver parts of it. We may modify features with notice where changes are material.
The service is provided "as is." Search rankings and AI-answer visibility depend on third-party systems we don't control; we optimize for them but can't guarantee specific placements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
