Your website gets no leads. Here's the diagnosis order.

2. It loads slow or breaks on phones

Most local service searches happen on a phone, often in a mildly urgent moment. If your site takes six seconds to load or the menu doesn't work on mobile, you're paying for traffic that bounces. Test it on your own phone, on data, not Wi-Fi.

3. It doesn't say the three things

What you do. Where you do it. How to reach you — right now, in one tap. You'd be amazed how many trades sites bury the phone number, never name their service area, and lead with "Welcome to our website." A visitor decides in seconds; the three things need to be on screen before they scroll.

4. There's no reason to trust you

Reviews, photos of real jobs, your face, your years in business. Service work is a trust purchase — you're letting a stranger into your home or your books. Generic stock photos read as a red flag to people who've been burned.
